Dry Skin? Or Allergies?

Spring is just DAYS away! While Spring typically means warmer weather & the beginnings of a sunkissed ☀️ glow... it also means that those pesky floating pollen & allergens may be interfering with your skin's "glow-up game" after a long cold winter.

For some people, this time of year usually means their allergies spike & they get a runny nose and possibly itchy eyes. For others it can be more subtle with something as unassuming like dry, itchy skin.

Have you noticed Why does this matter? Well, you may have noticed recently that your skin is looking a little dull and dry these days. Maybe more than usual. We've put together some tips for you to get the skin game back in check. While there are many reasons for dry skin, pollens & allergens may be your culprit. And if not, these tips are great for you anyway!

Hint: Hydration & Bee Pollen.

How do you beat it? HYDRATION!  It's been proven that drinking lots of water each day can help bring back moisture to your skin & make it feel more hydrated within a couple hours. Drink up!💧
But we know some of us could use a little more. If that's you, we HIGHLY recommend our Body Butter. It's perfect for those who need a little more "oompf" in their body care routine. Full of vitamin-rich ingredients, your skin will be left feeling quenched & rejuvenated.
Wondering about the Bee Pollen? It's been proven that Bee Pollen from a person's local area can help some of the not-so-fun effects of Springtime 🌷 allergies. This is because the bees 🐝 pollenate with the local flowers you may be allergic to - think of it as building an immunity to some of those allergens. Just simply sprinkle a teaspoon of the pollen on yogurt, add it to a smoothie or even just eat a spoonful 🥄. The pollen's sweet taste makes for a nice treat to start your day.
